Caregiving Welfare Association (CWA) Flag Day on Saturday 11th Jan 2014

Dear S4-08,

Just a reminder, the reporting venue for the flag day with Caregiving Welfare Association (CWA) on Saturday is at the office of CWA [Block 3, Ghim Moh Road, #01-294 S(270003)], which is just next to Ulu Pandan Community Centre, and within walking distance of Buona Vista MRT.

Kindly report for your Flag Day duty at least 10 minutes before your scheduled AM or PM shift to the CWA person-in-charge, Ms Gladys Chik, at the CWA office.

You will be deployed (by class) to the following locations in Singapore (see list below). Kindly bring along your Ez-link cards for travel on public transport to these locations.


Please read up the following files before Flag Day tomorrow. You should know the purpose of the fund-raising activity, it is essential that you know the importance of the role you play in raising funds for the elderly.

Assembly Programme on Friday, 10th Jan 2014

Dear S4-08,

Please be reminded that you have to bring along your Learning Devices for Assembly tomorrow, Friday, 10th Jan 2014. You will need your LDs for the personality profiling exercise. This exercise would allow you to know your learning profile better so that you can adjust your approach towards learning and preparing for the 'O' Levels Examinations accordingly.

Temperature Taking Exercise on next Tuesday, 7 Jan 2014

Dear students,

Next Tuesday 7th Jan will be the first Temperature Taking Exercise for 2014.

Please take note of the following info:
  • Students are to proceed to classrooms when they arrive in school for their silent reading.
  • Temperature Taking Exercise will commence after singing of National Anthem and Pledge Taking.
  • Student's temperature higher then 37.6ÂșC is to be send to Temperature Measurement Station outside LO2 for 2nd round of temperature taking.
  • For students who did not bring their oral digital thermometer, they will be required to stand outside the classroom and purchase a new thermometer (from the Sec 4 Head of Year, Mr Stanley Tan) at $5 each.
  • Students temperatures will be recorded in Temperature Taking Exercise Sec 4 Class List
